The Africa Race Together Foundation – ART – is a Xolile Letlaka (Into Africa Mining) initiative to develop motorsport in Africa. The mission of the non profit foundation is to initiate sustainable investment in talent, communities, events and organizations to participate and grow in the (inter)national motorsport environment.
The foundation was officially launched during the Kyalami 9 hour on February 5th.
In the coming months, young South Africans can apply for bursaries in any field of motorsports. Not only drivers may apply, but also technicians, suppliers, media members etc.
