Welcome to media accreditation registration for SAES.
Note: only MSA Accredited media will be considered for a 2023 SAES media accreditation.
SAES media accreditation will be required to gain access to the pit complex, paddock, media center and pitlane. Only accredited media will be allowed to do interviews, attend press conferences and will have access to exclusive and pre syndicated media content. Additional video permission will be required.
There arefour types of media accreditation:
- Photographer
- Videographer *)
- Journalist (no trackside requirement)
- Journalist
*) Only with explicit permission and video accreditation, you are allowed to produce video content. Failure to present video accreditation on request will result in immediate removal from the event.
Applicationsfor the full 2023 SAES season accreditation will require attendance at aminimum of FIVE events. One event access will only be issued per person once a year.Â
Notificationof your application is sent automatically to our media team. It is notnecessary to confirm your application separately by email.

SAES willconfirm the outcome of your media accreditation application three weeks prior tothe start of the season or the one-off event.
Pitlane access: All photographers/videographers must wear a helmet (kayak/rock climbing/cycling-style helmet are authorized) and fireproof overalls when working in the pitlane. Please note pitlane access will be limited during the event. A successful media accreditation is no guarantee that access will be granted.
It's a requirement that you provide SAES media material upon request, free of charge.Â
We will verify all information provided in the media accreditation application. Falsifying information will lead to immediate rejection of the application. Â

Personal information is collected for a specific, explicitly defined and lawful purpose related to a function or activity of SAES, Southern African Endurance Series. The information will:
1) Not be used in a form in which the data subject may be identified; or
2) Not be used for historical, statistical or research purposes.
